Ticket sales for Bali Tango Retreat 2025 are open.

As an all-inclusive retreat, your ticket has you covered for the entire 4 days and 5 nights of exotic tropical island adventures.

All you have to do is get a flight to Bali, and we'll take care of the rest.

What your ticket includes

• A driver to personally greet and collect you from the airport

• 5 nights accommodation

• All meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner

• Morning tea with local delicacies

• A special welcome dinner and drinks on Thursday night

• Transportation to and from all retreat events

• Morning yoga every day

• Intensive workshops of 3 hours every day (2 x 1.5 hours)

• Daily practicas sessions

• 4 evening Milongas including a special performance evening with Clarisa & Jonathan and Cynthia & Sebastian.

• Sightseeing / cultural activities to be announced

• Airport transfer for your flight home

  Meal Options

  We'll strive to cater for all preferences — whether you're vegan, vegetarian or omnivore.

  Bali meals tend to be on the GF/low dairy side and Ubud is famously known for catering to raw / vegan diets so you're in for a pleasant surprise if you're used to inflexible or limited dining options elsewhere.

  As part of the final event registration we'll ensure we capture your preferences, allergies and intolerances, and if there are any additional costs or issues with your particular diet we'll let you know in advance.

  Two payment options are available:

  • $300 USD initial deposit. Get in touch to discuss instalment options.

  • $1150 USD payment in full Early Bird price SOLD OUT

  • $1250 USD Normal ticket price

  • 1350 USD Late Bird ticket price

  Get in touch and we’ll send you information on how to pay using either your credit card or a direct bank transfer.

• Please note, rates are per person based on twin-share in a deluxe room.

• Credit card payments will include a 5% transaction fee

  What's Not Included

  While it's all-inclusive, it's worth being clear about what is not covered:

  • Travel insurance: You'll need to confirm you have your own travel insurance for the duration of the event

  • Flights: To and from Bali

  • Transport: To places not included in our itinerary

  • Drinks: Soft drinks or alcoholic beverages

  • Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions above
